Our Vision - Reconciliation Video

City of Greater Bendigo
City of Greater Bendigo have just finished developing their new reconciliation plan for Bendigo Council.
Their goal is to engage all staff through the plan to advance reconciliation with the Indigenous peoples within Greater Bendigo and beyond.
In order to achieve this goal, City of Greater Bendigo needs to communicate the ‘why’ behind engaging in the reconciliation plan. One of the most effective ways to do that, especially when meeting on country and in person is limited, is to create an emotive and compelling video that captures the hearts of staff.
While there is resistance and apathy from staff members investing personally in the reconciliation plan this video project will reach them on an emotional level, motivating and empower them to contribute to the overall reconciliation journey through their work at Council.
City of Greater Bendigo has approached Hebron Films to produce and deliver a video that delivers on these goals. We’ll refer to this package as Our Vision.
